Yvonne Paterson (flute) and Andrew Robinson (guitar) combine to make “Duende!” An exciting young Scottish duo with flamenco flair, Yvonne and Andrew are both 1st Class Honours graduates and have been playing together since they were at school!

Duende! are renowned for their arrangements and versality between various styles. Their extensive repertoire spans many genres including Classical, Easy-Listening, and Latin-American. Both musicians are highly accomplished, award winning soloists as well as excellent chamber and orchestral musicians.

On occassion we collaborate with other flamenco artists including dancer, Isabel. This creates an exciting show of dance and music.

Duende! have supported Jack Bruce at the opening of the Jack Bruce performing space in the RSAMD, performed for Prince Charles, various music societies and are part of the Live Music Now! Scheme.
